Supply Fused Quartz Sand
To make fused quartz sand, the first work is to select out high quality natural quartz ore with SiO2 purity over 99.95%. After crushing, acid pickling, manual selection and other processes, and then heating to 1800 ℃ high temperature to form crystalline high purity fused quartz sand.
We can supply three grade quality of fused quartz sand to meet different requirements.
Grade A, quartz sand with almost invisible impurities
Grade B, quartz sand with a little impurity
Grade C, quartz sand with more impurities
Various sizes of particles can be custom made according to needs.

Purification Process
The quality of quartz sand in industry is getting worse and worse. In order to match the needs of industry, the quality of quartz sand can be improved by beneficiation process. There are mainly the following purification methods:
1. Scrubbing and Desliming
Mainly used in mechanical scrubbing, rod friction cleaning, high-powered drug scrubbing, ultrasonic scrubbing and other methods.
2. Magnetic Separation
The main purpose is to remove magnetic minerals from quartz sand.
3. Flotation Separation
It is mainly used to remove feldspar, mica and other impurities which can not be removed by magnetic separation, and further improve its purity.
4. Acid Leaching
For reason of quartz utilizing the acid-insoluble, other impurities can be dissolved and further purified.
5. Microbial Leaching
It is a new iron removal technology to use microorganism to leach the thin film on the surface of quartz sand particles or to impregnate iron.
