Fused quartz glass is a kind of artificial glass material with high content of silica (more than 99.99% SiO2), which has extremely high physical, chemical and optical properties, such as temperature resistance (working temperature at around 1200 ℃), acid-base resistance (various acid-base liquids and solids, except hydrofluoric acid), high hardness (Mohs 6.5~7) and high light transmittance (the transmittance of ultraviolet and infrared can reach more than 90%). It has been widely used in all walks of life. We have more than 10 years of experience in quartz glass processing. Therefore, the modes of quartz glass processing are mainly divided into heat processing (artificial high-temperature heating shaping or shaping with mechanical tools) and cold processing (high-precision processing such as polishing, cutting, drilling, grinding, slotting and chamfering). Usually, a piece of quartz glass product is made by a combination of cold processing and heat processing. With the renewal of mechanical equipment and the maturity of technology, fused quartz glass can be processed into various special shapes, such as quartz labwares, quartz frits, quartz wool, quartz glass parts, colored quartz glass, opaque quartz crucibles for semiconductors and fused quartz sand, etc.
